What Do I Need To Do?

Unfortunately complex imaging equipment will at some point require a visit by one of our qualified service engineers. To ensure a speedy resolution we suggest that you have the following pieces of information.

1. Your Customer Code - this is listed on a silver sticker located on your device.
Your code will be in the following format 'ABC123'

2. Your Machine Number - this is located under your customer code and is a 2
digit number.

3. A description of the fault you are experiencing.

This will enable our Service Controllers to register your details and dispatch an engineer to your location. If you cannot locate the above information you may be asked for the Brand, Model and Serial Number in addition to your own contact details.
