Langenhagen, May 2014.
Fiscal Year 2014 got off to a great start for DEVELOP with BLI and Red Dot Product Design Awards for a wide range of ineo devices.
DEVELOP won the BLI A3 MFP Line of the Year Award – an achievement unparalleled in all the decades Buyer’s Lab, the world’s leading provider of information and testing services to the document-imaging industry, has been presenting its awards. The Line of the Year Award is given to the vendor whose product line is judged to be best according to an extensive list of criteria. In addition, two devices, the ineo+ 364e and the ineo+ 454e, received individual awards for their reliability, image quality, ease of use and productivity.
The Red Dot Design Awards were awarded by a panel of 40 international distinguished design experts to the ineo+ 224e/284e/364e/454e/554e and to the ineo+ 3350/3850. The ineo devices received these prestigious awards in the “working” category for their unity of design and functionality. Besides pure design aspects, it was the green technology of these ineo devices that convinced the panel of experts – features such as reduced power consumption, a lower environmental impact, a better ecological footprint and a lower total cost of ownership (TCO). One of the award-winners’ privileges is that these devices will be on show to a large audience in the Red Dot Museum in Essen from 7 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.
