New ownership and a new name

• In July 2006, Australian Private Equity investment house Archer Capital, through its Australasian technology business Onesource Group, purchased Australia’s largest independent supplier of document management solutions. The subsequent restructure and re-branding of the organisation resulted in a new direction and name, Imagetec.

• There are major investment plans in place to grow the business and we are continually re-investing in new products, services and staff training to ensure we remain at the leading edge of document and imaging technology solutions.
